This Ipswich beat group were put together after the beat combo Four Just Men had folded. Ex Nomad Clover said, “After the disappointment of the Nomads breaking-up, I took a rest from the music scene, it was Alan that talked me back into playing, “.
Variations of the group played into the seventies and became known as Faith.
After the disapointment in the collapse of the Nomads, Roy Clover took a 9 month break before being approached in 1967 by Wade to join his new outfit Faith.

On reconciling with drummer Ken Smith the group becomes Ipswich based rock band Muff in a line-up that was not dissimilar to that of The Limelights.
